Dexis is seeking a Senior Monitoring Officer to oversee program monitoring and reporting across multuiple activities and programs for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Mozambique. The work location for this position will be in Kinshasa, DRC. This is a long-term position.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of monitoring functions such as the creation of performance indicators, development of activity and project M&E plans, setting of targets and collection of program data.
- Provide trainings to various stakeholders on results-based management and create effective monitoring indicators.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in the filed of international relations, economics, political science, public policy, statistics and/or other relevant field.
- Academic of professional training in performance monitoring and design and implementation, including data analysis and collection.
- At least 8 years of experience in M&E.
- Experience in the gender dimensions of monitoring.
- Fluent in English plus working knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish.
